Peace Ripple Wellness ~ Services…

Hello, my name is Annette and it is my absolute pleasure and honour to offer you a Nurturing, Relaxing, and Peaceful experience through my soul’s work of massage and Reiki.

It is my intention that you feel a sense of calm and safety in your body, in your mind, and in your heart  ~  during your treatment, and lingering afterwards.

My experience in offering nurturing, intuitive masssage comes from my background in Swedish massage and Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian) massage as well as reflexology.  I took my first massage training in 1984 and have continued to learn different techniques in bodywork and energy work.

I became a Reiki practitioner in 1996, and with the extra training through all levels, Reiki flows through every treatment that I do.

You are welcome to specify massage, or reiki, or reflexology, or choose the combination treatment.

Suitable for adults (especially women), children, & domestic pets.

I offer a mobile service on the mid to northern Gold Coast.

60 minutes $70

90 minutes $90

labels

How many times do you get caught up thinking of yourself as one thing as defined by what you do...for example, a parent, a plumber, a banker, etc. And then you get confused because you feel like you're not just that, you're also a son, a sister, a friend, a member of a sports or social group, someone who has to take care of the family finances, do the maintenance on the car, clean the house, do volunteer work, etc. We are all so busy these days! Yet sometimes think we can only focus on one of these sides of ourselves at a time. What if you thought of yourself as a diamond? So many different sides, yet it takes all of them to capture the light to make it shine so very brightly.. ..that is you! Don't try to limit yourself with one label. Know that it is good to have different sides of yourself. You don't have to show just one at a time. Let yourself move through those different aspects of yourself as if you were imagining moving a diamond in the light, watching yours...

Authenticity

I recently heard of a book called "Living Your Yoga" by Judith Hanson Lasater. It caught my attention as I'd recently come to the awareness that my life is my yoga - my spiritual practice. It is occurring every single moment, not just on Sunday mornings. In every moment of every day, I get a chance to practice kindness and respect and compassion and non-judgement and non-violence and gratitude. I get to remember Who I Really Am and show how I can express that and become even more. I get to align myself with my Faith in a greater power and Trust in that guidance. In doing so, I get to feel strong and empowered with a deep peace underlying my actions. For the most part...I am still learning to incorporate this and so I do slip into old conditionings some times. I thought about buying the book. But decided against it. I'm sure there are some great tips in it, but it would be written from the authors point of view and right now, I'm Living MY Yoga. Are you livin...

Wayne Dyer quotes:

" Be reflective like a mirror, and reflect what comes into your life without judgements or opinions. Be unattached to all that come into your life by not demanding that they stay, go, or appear at my whim. Discontinue judging myself or others for being too fat/skinny, too tall/short, too pretty/ugly, anything. Just as the power of intention reflects and accepts me without judgement or attachment: I will be the same with what appears in my life... " "View the events you consider obstacles as perfect opportunities to test your resolve and find your purpose." I have found another way of dealing with obstacles is to actually thank the situation. When you come from a place of Gratitude for the challenging situations, not just the good ones, you tap into a Faith, a Trust in Spirit / God. I know that I am never sent anything that I cannot handle so I see each new challenge as a chance to grow and learn.
